1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and participate in any game or betting activity on 995et, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of age at any time.

1.2 One Account Policy

Only one 995et account is permitted per person, household, or family unit. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as bonus fraud and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 Account Security Responsibility

2.3 Prohibited Account Use

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are available for deposits on 995et: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. All transactions must be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally processed quickly, though verification may occasionally cause a delay.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit and to the registered account.

995et offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Importantly, the wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by 995et.
• Each promotion applies to one account once only.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• 995et reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5. VIP Program

The 995et VIP Program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. 995et reserves the right to change VIP benefits, tier advancement criteria, and cashback rates.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on 995et are operated on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Different limits may apply when betting with a bonus balance.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or technical error occurs during a game, 995et will make decisions based on the server logs. If a system error causes an incorrect result to be shown in a game, 995et reserves the right to void or correct that bet.

6.4 Sports Betting

7. Prohibited Conduct

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

995et reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any reason, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

995et may apply maintenance terms to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Please contact the support team for more information.

9. Limitation of Liability

995et's services are provided on an as-is basis. 995et will not be held responsible in the following circumstances:

• Disruption to the gaming experience due to internet connection issues or device faults.
• Delays in transactions caused by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, and similar occurrences.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence.

In no circumstances will 995et's total liability exceed the amount deposited by the user during the relevant period.
